Shipping Policy

1. Delivery time

The transportation of the products will be carried out through the company GLS, which will provide the door-to-door service, usually within a period of: 4-5 days  from our shipping confirmation hours within Spanish territory. And 7 days, outside of Spain.

GLS does not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, regional and local. If orders are placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on national holidays, they will be sent within the following two business days.

Depending on the volume of the order and the destination location, the deadline may be extended. In any case, it will be automatically indicated when making the purchase. All of this, without prejudice to the existence of causes of force majeure or when, due to any circumstance beyond the control of KITTLINK EQQE, S.A.U, delivery cannot be made, in which case the user will be notified as soon as possible.

Depending on the place of receipt of the merchandise when it is delivered outside of Spanish territory, the company responsible for the shipment will be the one chosen by KITTLINK EQQE, S.A.U to expedite the shipment and minimize the costs for the client.

2. Place of delivery.

KITTLINK EQQE, S.A undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by you and which, in any case, must be within European territory. In order to optimize the delivery process, the address you indicate must be an address to which delivery can be made within normal business hours.

In this way, KITTLINK EQQE, S.A.U does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient, in these cases.

3. Transfer of risk and ownership.

The buyer acquires ownership of the KITTLINK EQQE, S.A products the moment they receive the shipping confirmation and the product leaves our warehouses.

Delivery is considered to have been made from the moment in which the product has been made available to the User at the delivery location indicated by the User.

The risk of the products (among others, loss, damage or theft) will be transferred to the User from the moment the product/s have been made available to the buyer. in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions.

4. Delivery problems.

You must notify us of cases of non-receipt of orders greater than 15 business days.

If it is impossible for us to deliver, the company will contact you again to agree on a new delivery time/a new delivery date.

When your order is delivered you must check that everything is as requested.

If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, you must contact KITTLINK EQQE, S.A through our email leaving us your personal data and ordered number reflecting the discrepancy or problem and we will contact you shortly to resolve the incident.
