1. Delivery time

The maximum time for delivery of products is 5 to 6 days and 8 days outside of Spain, included in business days and once payment is made in accordance with the chosen means. If, for any reason, the order cannot be delivered within the established period, we will notify you as soon as possible.

The MAIL BOXES company is in charge of making shipments, products are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional and local holidays. If orders are placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on national holidays, they will be sent within the following two business days.

Depending on the volume of the order and the destination location, the deadline may be extended. In any case, it will be automatically indicated when making the purchase. All of this, without prejudice to the existence of force majeure or when, due to any circumstance beyond the control of Almont4WD, the delivery cannot be made, in which case the user will be notified as soon as possible.

Depending on the place of receipt of the merchandise when it is delivered outside of Spanish territory, the company responsible for shipping will be chosen by Almont4WD to expedite shipping and minimize costs for the customer.

2. Place of delivery.

 Almont4WD undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by you and which, in any case, must be within European territory. In order to optimize the delivery process, the address you indicate must be an address to which delivery can be made within normal business hours.

In this way, Almont4WD does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient, in these cases.

3. Transfer of risk and ownership.

Delivery is considered to have been made from the moment in which the product has been made available to the User or a third party indicated by him (other than the carrier) at the indicated delivery location.

The risk of the products (among others, loss, damage or theft) will be transferred to the User from the moment the product(s) have been made available to them. However, if it is the consumer and user who orders the transportation of the goods or the chosen carrier is not among those proposed by the businessman, the risk will be transferred to the consumer and user with the delivery of the goods to the carrier. without prejudice to your rights against it.

4. Delivery problems.

If there is any discrepancy or visible problem in the order at the time of delivery, you must not accept the delivery and must state it on the delivery note or means used by the carrier. If you accept the order with notable visible damage or defects, there may be problems with returning it. If you detect dents, scratches, bumps, water marks, missing package numbers, among others, it’s very important that, depending on the damage, you reject the order and inform the delivery person, or if the damage is only superficial, request a note. on the delivery note of the delivery person, which cannot be denied. This will prove that the shipment has arrived in apparent poor condition. Take photographs of the condition in which the order is delivered.

We inform you that sometimes transport companies have their own conditions and exclude the loading of furniture in homes without an elevator or in conditions that make delivery excessively difficult. If you live in an old address or one with special characteristics for delivery, please let us know in advance so that we can notify the transport company and find the best solution.
