In accordance with Article 102 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGCDU), you have the right to withdraw from the transaction within fourteen calendar days, without needing to state a reason. A withdrawal form is available for this purpose.<\/p>\n

To return a product, as an individual<\/strong>, you have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days<\/strong> from receipt of the product.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs resulting from the return will be your responsibility.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The amount of the purchased pieces will only be paid once the perfect condition of the merchandise has been verified. Shipping costs or those caused by the payment method will NOT be credited for your purchase.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

How should you proceed to return a product?<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. The products must be returned in the same conditions in which you received them, along with any accessories related to them, it being advisable to accompany a photograph of the condition of the product and packaging.<\/li>\n
  2. Almont4WD<\/strong><\/a> will indicate the company that will collect the product. The collection period will be approximately two business days.<\/li>\n
  3. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Under no circumstances will we accept returns sent postage due.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Once we verify that the products you return to us meet all the specifications of the Return Policy, we will send you an email informing you that the return has been accepted.<\/p>\n

    Whatever payment system you use, the refund of the amount will be implemented as soon as possible but always within a period of 14 days following receipt of the product in our warehouses<\/strong>. If you have made the payment by transfer, to make the return you must attach an account number to the return form where the deposit can be made.<\/p>\n

In addition, he will have the obligation to maintain the stock of repair parts and adequate technical service for 10 years from the date on which the product ceases to be manufactured.<\/p>\n
